CSVocab
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、CSVocab（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、CSVファイルを取り込んでフラッシュカード形式で学習できる暗記学習ツールです。ユーザーは自身の学習目的に合わせて問題集を作成し、学習することができます。
本アプリは現在無料でご利用いただけます。現時点で収益化の予定はありませんが、将来的に有料機能（アプリ内課金、サブスクリプション等）を導入する際は、事前にアプリ内で告知いたします。
開発者は、ユーザーが本アプリに取り込み、または本アプリ内で作成したコンテンツ（問題集、問題文、画像、メモ等）について、いかなる権利も主張しません。
ユーザーは、本アプリに取り込むコンテンツ（CSVファイル、画像等）について、著作権その他の権利を侵害しないよう自身の責任で管理するものとします。
本アプリに保存されるデータは、ユーザーの端末内に保管されます。Google Drive 同期を有効にした場合は、ユーザー自身の Google アカウント上にも保存されます。いずれの場合も、データのバックアップはユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。
他のユーザーから受け取った共有用ファイルを取り込む場合、その内容の適法性・正確性はユーザー自身の責任で確認してください。
以下の行為を禁止します。
・本アプリを改変したものを、本アプリとして再配布すること
・本アプリを違法な目的で使用すること
・第三者が著作権を有するコンテンツ（市販の教科書、参考書、問題集、単語帳等を含む）を、本アプリを通じて配布・共有・販売すること
上記に違反する利用について、開発者はサポートを行いません。著作権侵害に起因する法的責任はすべて当該行為を行ったユーザーが負い、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリは現状有姿（AS IS）で提供されます。開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、開発者は本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
端末の故障、OSのアップデート、ブラウザのデータ消去等によるデータの喪失について、開発者は責任を負いません。
Google Drive 同期は Google のサービスに依存しています。Google 側の障害、仕様変更、アカウントの停止等によって同期が利用できなくなった場合や、Google Drive 上のデータが失われた場合について、開発者は責任を負いません。
「最新データを取得」「以前の版に戻す」は、端末内のデータを Google Drive 上のデータで置き換える操作です。本アプリはこれらの操作の前に復元用のバックアップを作成する設計になっていますが、復元を保証するものではありません。
開発者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を終了することがあります。有料機能について重大な変更を行う場合は、合理的な期間を設けて事前に通知するよう努めます。
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページまたはアプリ内に掲示した時点から効力を持ちます。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

This English version is a translation provided for reference. If there is any difference between this version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using CSVocab (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is a memorization tool that lets you import CSV files and study them as flashcards. Users can create their own question sets to suit their learning goals and study with them.
The App is currently free to use. There are no plans to monetize it at this time, but if paid features (such as in-app purchases or subscriptions) are introduced in the future, this will be announced in the App in advance.
The developer claims no rights whatsoever in content that users import into or create in the App (question sets, questions, images, notes, etc.).
Users are responsible for making sure that the content they import into the App (CSV files, images, etc.) does not infringe any copyright or other rights.
Data saved in the App is stored on the user's device. If Google Drive sync is enabled, it is also stored in the user's own Google account. In either case, users are responsible for backing up their own data.
When importing a shared file received from another user, users are responsible for checking that its contents are lawful and accurate.
The following are prohibited:
・Redistributing a modified version of the App as the App
・Using the App for any unlawful purpose
・Distributing, sharing, or selling, through the App, content whose copyright belongs to a third party (including commercially published textbooks, study guides, workbooks, and vocabulary books)
The developer provides no support for use that violates the above. All legal liability arising from copyright infringement rests with the user who committed the infringement, and the developer bears no liability whatsoever.
The App is provided "as is." Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the developer, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the App.
The developer is not liable for any loss of data caused by device failure, OS updates, clearing browser data, or similar events.
Google Drive sync depends on Google's services. The developer is not liable if sync becomes unavailable because of outages, changes in specifications, account suspension, or other causes on Google's side, or if data on Google Drive is lost.
"Get latest data" and "Restore an earlier version" replace the data on your device with data from Google Drive. The App is designed to create a backup for restoration before these operations, but restoration is not guaranteed.
The developer may change the contents of the App or stop providing it without prior notice. When making significant changes to paid features, the developer will endeavor to give notice a reasonable period in advance.
The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page or in the App. If you continue to use the App after the change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
